The Cancel Reasons view displays the reasons that may be specified when canceling a gate transaction. The reasons defined in this view are displayed as a list of values for a user to select when the user is canceling a gate transaction. In addition, a cancellation reason can also be send via the CancelTransaction gate API.
You can add, edit, and delete cancellation reasons from this view.
In addition, you can use the Actions menu to:
Recover Obsolete: Recover deleted cancel reasons.
Purge: Purge cancel reasons.
Copy Reference Set: Copy the cancel reasons from another entity set.
To add a new record:

To edit or delete a record:
In the list view, select the record(s) that you want to edit or delete.
Do one of the following:
